Message from the Chairman, Jim Muldoon

​Hello Brendan Community,

Thank you for yet another successful summer of  Brendan Sailing. We are so grateful to everyone who contributed to our programs. With the help of parents, staff, and volunteers we were able to directly impact the lives of over 30 kids with learning differences, and for that I cannot thank everyone enough.

As summer comes to an end, we are aiming our focus on our after-school sailing program. For the second year in a row, we are hosting the program in partnership with DC Sail and the students of Columbia Heights Educational Campus. We are excited for another fall season and the opportunity to provide sailing to the Washington D.C. community. Along with the fall program, our staff will continue to work this offseason on expanding the Brendan Sailing brand and professionalizing our in-house Brendan Approach. Our goal is to continue to grow and provide our program to children who will benefit greatly from the experience. We are also finalizing a date for 2020 Brendan Awards Brunch in January. In what has become an annual tradition, we hope you will join us to celebrate our camper’s accomplishments for the 2019 season. Thank you again for another great summer, and we look forward to seeing everyone at the awards brunch.
